Downtown Bahrain launches Ramadan campaign to spread smiles across the kingdom

Manama, Bahrain: Downtown Bahrain, the Kingdom’s premier shopping, entertainment and lifestyle destination, has launched its Ramadan campaign under the theme ’30 Days of Smiles’ in a bid to connect with the Bahrain community and create a movement to spread smiles.

As part of the campaign, City Center Bahrain is working with key local influencers to challenge them and their followers to make someone smile with a kind act and post it on social media. Additionally, visitors to the mall will be able to participate in the challenge by heading to the Smile Machine in the Central Galleria which invites visitors to take part in the movement.

City Center Bahrain has partnered with Ayadi Relief, a company run by young Bahrainis who serve the community to launch the Ramadan campaign, #You_Can, aspiring to change the lives of Bahraini families by raising funds to support individuals, educational institutions, determined children, and more. A display is located in the Central Galleria that will accept cashless donations by scanning a QR code.

Under the theme “What makes you smile”, City Center Bahrain organized an art competition with local schools in the Kingdom. The competition brings together schools, parents and the local community through an exhibition that engages primary school children to creatively express what brings them joy during the holy month.
